摘要

为使我市各县、乡镇、社区医院的药房工作逐步由受过专业培训的药师承担，我院对基层医院药师、刚走入工作岗位的药师实施了规范化、系统化培训，使学员能基本掌握规范化的处方审核、调剂、发药、药品管理及药学服务等相关技能。同时，根据我院培训实际，对我院现有药师规范化培训现状、存在问题进行概述，对未来药师培训工作提出一定建议

Abstract

In order to make the pharmacy work of the county

township and community hospitals in our city gradually be undertaken by specially trained pharmacists

our hospital has carried out standardized and systematic training for pharmacists in primary hospitals and pharmacists who have just entered their posts

so that the trainees can basically master standardized prescription examination

dispensing

drug administration and pharmaceutical care as well as other related skills. At the same time

according to the actual training in our hospital

the status quo and existing problems of standardized training of pharmacists in our hospital have been summarized

and some suggestions for future pharmacist training have been put forward.
