摘要

探讨以团队为基础的（Team-Based Learning

TBL）教学模式在机能实验教学中的应用效果。选取与动物实验相关的临床病例，在课前通过网络发放给学生，课堂上先进行个人测试，考核学生对病例的理解；再进行小组测试，学生通过组间讨论完成；最后以团队合作的方式完成临床病例讨论。教学过程具有诱导文献检索、培养合作精神及培养临床执业能力等独特的教学特点与优势，但目前其教学过程中仍然存在一些缺点与不足，现结合学校实施经验概述机能实验学TBL教学优势与不足，以促进TBL在我国医学教育中的广泛应用

Abstract

To explore the application effect of team-based Learning (TBL) model in functional experiment teaching. Clinical case related to the animal experiment was selected and distributed to students through the Internet before class. Personal tests were conducted in class to assess students' understanding of case. Then the group test was carried out

and students completed it through group discussion. Finally

the clinical case discussion was completed in a team way. The teaching process is induced to retrieve literature

cultivate the spirit of cooperation and cultivate the ability of clinical practice and other unique teaching characteristics and advantages

but there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in the process of teaching. And now

the paper summarizes the teaching advantages and disadvantages of TBL combined with the implementation experience in order to promote the wider application of TBL in Chinese medical education.
