摘要

[摘要] 目的探索基于在线课程的“2+1”对分课堂教学模式在《医学统计学》本科教学中应用效果。方法将我校2017年春季学期选修《医学统计学》的临床医学专业本科326名学生随机分为普通班和试验班，普通班140名学生为对照，采用传统方法授课；试验班186名学生，采用基于在线课程的“2+1” 对分课堂的教学模式授课，将在线自学、课堂授课、课堂讨论等有机结合。普通班与试验班授课教师、教学大纲、授课学时数、教材等均相同，比较对照班与试验班学生对教学过程和教学效果的的评价信息以及考试成绩。结果与传统教学模式授课相比，学生感觉基于在线课程的“2+1”对分课堂的授课模式，更注重学科交叉（P<0.001），对能力培养有帮助（P=0.008），更利于从事科研（P=0.012），学生综合满意度更高（P<0.001），课终考试中综合案例分析题得分更高（P<0.001）。结论基于在线课程的“2+1”对分课堂教学模式，教学效果优于传统模式，值得在高校教学中应用和推广

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of “2+1” PAD Class on “medical statistics” teaching by applying online learning

classroom instructing and classroom seminar. Method quasi experiment method was conducted in this study. 186 students taught by “2+1” method were recruited from four classes of clinical medicine for experiment group

140 students were selected into control group

using traditional teaching method. The feedback from students of two groups about the teaching progress and effects would be compared in this study. Result the students claimed that the “2+1” teaching method paid more attention on discipline crossing than traditional method (P<0.001)

and the new method brought more benefits for capacity training (P=0.008)
