摘要

本文介绍美国医学院校近十年课程更新的动因和主题，介绍了抽样调查院校情况，结果显示出医学课程整合的多样性特点，体现基础学科、临床学科和公共卫生社会科学等学科交叉融合的理念，早期临床实践，提供拔尖人才个性化培养的途径，设计以胜任力为导向的课程体系等经验。结合我国医学教育课程改革的现状，建议探讨中国特色的医学课程体系建设，为健康中国战略培养卓越医师做出贡献

Abstract

Nearly a decade of curriculum update in American medical colleges and universities are summarized in this paper. This paper introduces the situation of sampling survey of colleges and universities. The results show the diversity of medical curriculum integration

reflecting the concept of multi-disciplinary integration of basic disciplines

clinical disciplines and public health and social sciences

and giving experiences such as early clinical practice

providing personalized talent cultivation approaches

and designing competency-oriented curriculum system. Combined with the current situation of medical education curriculum reform in China

it's suggested to explore the construction of medical curriculum system with Chinese characteristics

so as to contribute to the cultivation of excellent physicians for implementing Healthy China Initiative.
