Examination and thinking on the results of standardized training for resident physicians in clinical diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 epidemic
young resident doctors demonstrate their excellent clinical skills and hand over satisfactory outcomes in the combat of COVID-19 epidemic
whose excellent clinical skills have been fostered by the standardized training based on post-competency orientation. However
the higher requirements for standardized training of residents have been put forward after the current epidemic outbreak
especially to strengthen the professional psychological quality education under emergencies; to intensify the knowledge of disaster medicine and emerging infectious diseases
and to standardize the awareness and ability of disinfection and protection. In conclusion
taking the epidemic as the guideline
the improvement of the content of standardized training for residents should be reached from the aspects of improving the medical humanities education and further enhancing the post competence of residents and their ability to deal with public health emergencies.
