Objective To investigate the impact of different feedback on the training effects of simulation laparoseopic training curriculum． Methods A total of 98 trainees receiving simulation laparoscopic training curriculum were randomly divided into three groups，including group A(n=32) watched video tutorials only;group B (n=33) watched video tutorials and receiving concurrent feedback;group C(n=33) watched video tutorials and receiving summary feedback.Each training included five projects.All the trainees received assessment before and after the curriculum.The assessment scores and finish time after the curriculum were compared to before in each group.The assessment scores and finish time after the curriculum were also compared among the three groups.Results the scores of performance quality after the curriculum were significantly higher than before in all three groups(P<0.05 in all groups)and the finish time after the curriculum was significantly shorter than before in all the groups(P<0.05 in all groups)．The scores and finish time of Group3 after the curriculum were significantly different than other groups(P<0.05)

the training time and repetition numbers were significantly difference in all three groups（P<0.05）

Group3 was more less than two other groups（P<0.05）.Conclusions The training effect becomes better with receiving feedback summary feedback better than other groups. this type of feedback may accelerate learning and improve resource utilization.
