Objective: To explore the requirement and practical utility of the simulation operations specialists (SOS) in the organization and operation of simulation teaching modules during the standardized medical residency training as well as its necessity and connotationSconstruction. Methods: All the residents of standardized medical residency training and tutors who participated in simulation courses in the same period as well as the subjective evaluation of SOS their own were involved during the year of 2017 and 2018. The study was conducted in the aspects of the designation

operation and feedback of the simulation courses of standardized medical residency training of Ruijin Hospital by means of mobile phone online investigation. At the same time

Results: 1.At present only 26.3% of the preset functions were used in the medical simulation courses based on high-tech medical simulator while tutors had a less than 30% command of the whole function of the simulators.
