摘要

目的观察团队为基础的学习(TBL)联合案例为基础的讨论(CBD)教学法在全科医学概论课程中的的应用效果。方法将同年级的两个临床定向班分为实验组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组实行传统教学法

实验组实行 TBL联合CBD教学法。比较两组的考核成绩。结果教学后

实验组考核成绩显著高于对照组

差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05)；结论全科医学课程教学中采用 TBL 联合CBD教学法有助于提高学生成绩

增强学生综合素质

为培养综合型全科医学人才打下基础。
