摘要

分子生物学实验课程在生物技术专业课程体系中具有承上启下的桥梁作用，对培养学生实验操作技能、分析问题和解决问题的能力具有重要作用。本文以地方医学院校生物技术专业为例，对分子生物学实验课程教学过程中考核方式的改革及效果进行分析和阐述，旨在促进分子生物学实验课程教学水平，提高生物技术专业人才培养质量

Abstract

The molecular biology experiment course plays a bridge role in the biotechnology curriculum system

and has important effect in training students' experimental operation skills

analyzing difficulties and solving problems. This article takes the biotechnology major of local medical colleges as an example to analyze and elaborate the assessment method reform and effect in the teaching process of molecular biology experimental course

aiming at promoting the teaching level of molecular biology experimental courses and improving the training quality of biotechnology professionals.
