摘要

<正> 四川并殖（肺）吸虫引起小儿心包炎并不少见。我院自1967～1982年15年间收治各型肺吸虫病354例

其中心包炎61例

占17.2%

明显高于国内其他地区的报道（6.3%

5.0%）

在同期住院各类心包炎中所占比例也相当高。部分晚期治疗者疗效差

导致缩窄性心包炎

预后不良。为引

Abstract

61 cases of pericarditis caused by the Iarva stage of paragonimus szechuanensis were analysed from 1967 to 1982.Among 354 cases of paragonimiasis the pericarditis reached 17.2 percent.Causes of misdiagnosis as tubercuious

purulent and nonspecific pericarditis were discussed.Histery of eating uncooked crabs

positive intradermal test of paragonimus and pericardial fluid containing numerous eosinophiles are important points to make the diagnosis of paragophiles pericarditis.It must be emphasized that if the patient is diagnosed at the early stage and is with bithionol

the prognosis will be good;If the patient is not treated in time constrictire pericarditis and cardic insufficiency will occur

the prognosis will be poor.
