摘要

本文报告3例见于枕骨斜坡面正中矢状位的骨管

前此未见诸文献记载。3例骨管均位在斜坡面下半部

骨管上口约平齐耳门下缘

骨管下口籍骨沟续向枕骨大孔前缘。作者就穿行骨管内的结构

骨管的性质与意义等方面进行了讨论。目前

可名之为“斜坡（面）下正中管”。

Abstract

Three cases of osseous canals were recently observated

which being located on the lower half of the clival surface in the mid-sagittal plane.While the structure passing through the canal was still in question

the possible content

the nature and significance of this canal were commented.For the present

regarding to its specific morphology

the term“the inferior median canal of clivus”for this variety is sug- gested.
