摘要

自１９８７年以来，我院采用Ｂ超对半月板进行实验研究并对２６４例病人进行检测，结果表明Ｂ超不仅能显示半月板图象还能区分正常与异常半月板。Ｂ超诊断的临床符合率为８６．３６％，手术符合率为９５％。本检查具有无创性，不接触Ｘ射线，操作简便等优点。

Abstract

ince 1987

Meniscus experiments have been carried out and 264 patients(374meniscuses)examined with B-mode ultrasound in our hospital. The result proves thatB-mode ultrasound not only can show the image of meniscus but differentiate the ab-normal meniscus from the normal.The corresponding rate of B-mode ultrasound toclinical diagnosis is 86. 36%

to operation is 95%。 This examination has many advantagessuch as non-invasiveness

avoidance of x-ray and easy performence.
