摘要

为评价非离子型造影剂Ｕｌｔｒａｖｉｓｔ和离子型造影剂Ａｎｇｉｏｇｒａｆｉｎ在ＣＴ增强扫描中的不良反应，对３２５例使用Ｕｌｔｒａｖｉｓｔ和１３３８例使用Ａｎｇｉｏｇｒａｆｉｎ的病人分为无高危病组、有高危病组和高龄组进行单盲对比分析，结果Ｕｌｔｒａｖｉｓｔ在单项和总不良反应发生率上均明显低于Ａｎ－ｇｉｏｇｒａｆｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．００１），说明其有更高的安全性。但在高龄组间无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

Abstract

o compare the adverse reactions of nonionic contrast media Ultravist and ionic contrast media An-giografin in enhanced CT 325 cases were injected with Ultravist

1338 cases with Angiografin. The patientswere divided into three groups : The normal . high risk and aged group. They were compared by single-blindstudy. The superiority of Ultravist in individuals and total adverse reactions to Angiografin (P<0. 001) wasdemonstrated. Though Ultravist is safer than Angiografin

there is no significant difference between the twoaged grups (P>0. 05).
