摘要

国产米力农治疗３１例严重心力衰竭患者的急性效应，慢难治性及稳定性心力衰竭总有效率为８８．８％及５７．０％，副作用小．结果提示国产米力农对严重心力衰竭患者有效。

Abstract

cute effect of domestic milrinone on severe heart failure was observed in 31 patients.Theresult showed that total effective rate of the treatment by domestic milremore in the patients withrefractry and stable heart failure was 88.8% and 57%respectively

and side effects were mininal.Itsuggests that domestive milrinone is effective for seriors heart failure.
