摘要

本文检测了２８例ＩＴＰ组患者的体液免疫指标，以及血小板粘附功能、聚集功能，并与正常组、对照组作了比较。观察了ＩＴＰ患者的各类体液免疫指标的变化以及这些指标之间的相互关系。分析了ＩＴＰ组患者各类体液免疫指标与血小板数量，以及与血小板粘附、聚集功能之间的关系。揭示ＩＴＰ患者ＰＡＩｇＧ增高不但与血小板数量减少有关，而且与患者的血小板的粘附功能降低有关。

3g-gregation functions were tested in twenty-eight patients with ITP。 It was found that the hu-moral immune functions were abnormal and the platelet functions both adhesion and aggregationwere impaired

It showed that the platelet count and platelet adhesion function was negativelyrelated with the level of PAIgG。 Therefore the bleeding symptom in patients with ITP is notonly related to the lowering of platelet count

but also to the impairment of platelet adhesionand aggregation function
