摘要

以ＰＩＣＯ－ＴＡＧ法测定脑、脊髓肿瘤病人、脑外伤病人，脑脊以及实验性脑缺血时纹状体灌流液中的游离氨基酸取得满意结果。其中，兴奋性氨基酸（ＧＬＵ、ＡＳＰ）以及某些非蛋白氢基酸的变化有显著意义。实验结果表明，ＰＩＣＯ－ＴＡＧ法是用于中枢神经系统游离氨基酸水平监测的快速、灵敏而有效的方法。

Abstract

atisfactory results were obtained from the determination of the contents of free amino acidsfrom the cerebrospinal fluid of the patients with cerebral or spinal tumors and brain of the ex-perimental rats

The contents of the excitatory amino acids(GLU ASP etc。)and Some of non-protein amino acids changed significently in all conditions above. Our results showed the methodof PICO-TAG is fast.sensitive and effective in the monitor of the free amino acids from centralnervous system、
