摘要

１１８例病态窦房结综合征起搏治疗占同期起搏治疗的５８．１％，病因以特发性为最常见（６６．１％），７５．５％患者有晕厥发作。对有明显症状的患者，起搏治疗是首选的治疗方法，本组起搏方式全部为ＶＶＩ．随访平均４年１０个月，结果显示该组患者有较长的自然病程。

Abstract

18 patients with sick sinus syndome(SSS)who recieved permanent pacing treat-ment accounted for 58。1%of all those who underwent pacemaker implantation in this hospital duringthis period. The most common cause of SSS in this series was idiopathic(66.1%). Syncope was foundin the most of patients(75.5%). The pacing treatment was the first choice for patients with severesymptoms. All the pacemakers used in the study were of VVl type. The average follow-up time was410/12 years

We found that all patients had a considerably long natural course.
