摘要

本文介绍了在ＰｈａｓｔＳｙｓｔｅｍ全自动电泳仪上用梯度ＳＤＳ一ＰＡＣＥ，结合银染法对正常人ＣＳＦ的测定结果。ＣＳＦ无需浓缩即可检出１２种组分，分辨率远较一般电泳方法为高。该法操作简单、快速、规范、易于推广。

Abstract

his Paper describes a method for detecting proteins in unconcentrated cerebrospinal fluid(CSF).The method is based on SDS一PACE using Phast System

the protein bands are detectedby direct Silver Staining.A protein pattern including 12 components was obtained.Advantages ofthe method presented here include optimal resolution and standardization of the separation andsilver staining conditions

in comblination with speed and convenience.
