背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房重建术为乳腺癌术后乳房重建的常用方法之一。在确认胸背动脉存在之后可选用此术式。当肌皮瓣较小时可同时植物乳房假体。本术式具有操作简单和皮瓣转移容易等优点。
