摘要

本文报道依诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星及培氟沙星单剂口服４００ｍｇ后药代动力学研究结果。用ＨＰＬＣ法测定血清药物浓度。口服后４种药物体内过程均符合一室开放模型。各种药物Ｃ＿（ｍａｘ）（μｇ／ｍｌ）与Ｔ＿（１／２）ｋｅ（ｈ）为依诺沙星２．４７和２．３５，环丙沙星２．１和２．９３，氧氟沙星４．４１和３．７４，培氟沙星６．７４和１３．３５。故口服４００ｍｇ依诺沙星、环丙沙星及氧氟沙星日２次，培氟沙星日１－２次，可用于治疗各种常见感染。

Abstract

he pharmacokinetics of enoxacin

ciprfloxacin

ofloxacin and pefloxacin

after administration of a singleoral dose of 400mg

were stndied and reported in this paper. 6 volunteers participated in each drtig group。Serum drug concentration

were determined by HPLC. The concentration and time profiles of 4 drugs all con-formed to one-compartment open model. The Tmax(h) and Cmax(μg/ml) were 2. 12 and 2.47 for enoxcin。1. 55 and 2. 55 for ciprofloxacin

1. 29 and 4. 41 for ofloxacin

3.76 and 6.74 for pt

folxacin. The Vd of eachdrug was 3. 07

2.60L/kg respectively.The elemination half-lives were 2. 35

13.35hrespectively.Thus

the Cmax and T1/2ke were the highest and longest for pefloxacIn

intermediate in valuefor ofloxacin and clprofloxacin

and lowest for enoxacin.
