摘要

本文参考Ｊｉｒｓａ、冯仁丰等报道的方法，加以改进，合成了对氨基苯磺酸胆红素（ｂｉｌｉｒｕ－ｂｉｎｓｕｌｆａｎｉｌａｔｅｃｏｎｊｕｇａｔｅｓ，下称ＢＳＣ），并用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）制备柱进行纯化。用红外光谱（ＩＲ）、质谱（ＭＳ）、ＨＰＬＣ、薄层色谱（ＴＬＣ）、元素分析、可见吸收光谱、重氮反应法等手段对产物进行了结构鉴定和纯度分析。结果表明：合成粗制品中含单、双对氨基苯磺酸胆红素，纯度为４５－５５％。纯化的单、双对氨基苯磺酸胆红素可望成为结合胆红素测定的参考标准代用品。

Abstract

ilirubin sulfanilate conjugates(BSC)were synthesized with the methods of Jirsa

Feng Rengfenget al with some modifications. The product was purified with preparative column of highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Infrared spectra(IR)

mass spectrometry(MS)

HPLC

thin layer chromatography(TLC)

elementanalysis

visible absorption spectra and the diazo reaction method were used for the identification ofstructure and its character as well as the purity of the product.It is proved that this productcontains bilirubin mono-and disulfanilate conjugates

and its purity is 45-55%。The purified bilirubinmono-and disulfanilate conjugates are expeered to be used as surrogate calibrators for determiningconjugated bilirubin.
