摘要

本文报告２４例活动性肺结核，２２例肺癌，６例肺部炎症及６例慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清腺苷脱氨酶的活性（ＳＡＤＡ）。结果表明，活动性肺结核，肺部炎症及肺癌组ＳＡＤＡ活性均值显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而慢阻肺组ＳＡＤＡ活性均值高于正常对照组，但差别无显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。肺部疾病时ＳＡＤＡ测定阳性率，活动性肺结核为９５．８％，肺部炎症为８３．３％，肺癌为４５．５％，慢阻肺为１６．３％。

Abstract

he activity of serum adenosine deaminase (SADA)was measured in 24 cases of pulmonary tu-berculosis

22 cases of broncho-carcinoma

6 cases of pneumonitis and 6 cases of chronic pulmonaryobstructive disease (COPD).The results showed that the activity of SADA in patients with pulmonarytuberculosis

bronchocarcinoma and pneumonitis were significantly higher than that of normal subjects(P<0. 01).The activity of SADA in patients with COPD was higher than that of normal subjects

but not significant(P>0.05).The positive rate of SADA in patients of pulmonary tuberculosis.pneumonitis

bronchogenic carcinoma and COPD were g5.8%. 83.3%

45.5%and 16.3%respeetively.
