摘要

测定斯巴沙星对１３６株革兰氏阳性菌抗菌活性，并与其它４种抗菌药物比较。结果表明斯巴沙星对葡萄球茵、肠球菌、肺炎球菌、草绿色及溶血性链球菌的ＭＩＣ９０为０．０６－８μｇ／ｍｌ，远较苯唑西标及头孢唑啉低，其抗菌活性为氧氟沙星的２—１６倍，环丙沙星的１—８倍。对甲氧西林敏感与耐药的葡萄球菌，氟喹诺酮类具有相同抗菌活性，ＭＩＣ９０均为２—１６μｇ／ｍｌ。斯巴沙星为临床治疗革兰氏阳菌感染的有效药物。

Abstract

he in vitro antunicrobial activity of sparfloxacin against 136 Gram positive bacterial strainwas tested and compared with those of 4 other antimicrobial agents.The results showed that theMIC90s of sparfloxacin against staphylococcus

enterococcus

Stroptoco ccus pneumoniae and otherstreptococcus species were 0.06-8ug/ml

which were much lower than tho se of oxacillin andcefazolin.Sparfloxacin was 2-16 and 1-8 times more potent than ofloxacin and ciprofloxacinrespectively.Fluoroquinolones had the same activity against methicillin sensitlve and resistantstaphylococcus.Sparfloxacin would be an effective agent in the troatment of infections caused byGram positive bacteria.
