采用常规ＰＣＲ、热启动ＰＣＲ、稀释后热泪动ＰＣＲ三种方法，对经ＥＬＩＳＡ检测为ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗ＨＢｃ、ＨＢｅＡｇ或抗ＨＢｅ阳性的血清标本，检测其乙型肝炎病毒ＵＮＡ（ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ）。结果显示热启动ＰＣＲ、稀释后热启动ＰＣＲ能提高ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ的阳性检出率。

Using Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)

the serum HBV - UNA was detected

which has been proved to be positive for HBsAg

HBcAg

HBeAg or HBeAb in ELLSA . The results indicated that HS-PCR

HS - PCR after dilution could improve the positive detedtion rate of HBV - UNA.
