摘要

本文报道术后早期腹部再手术４６例。约占同时期腹部手术１．３％。４６例中择期和急诊手术各２３例，其中阑尾切除术及胆囊切除术后再手术占６３．０４％（２９／４６）。本文就其原因和预防措施进行了讨论。

Abstract

This paper reports cases with abodminal reoperations in the early postoperative period.It accounted for 1.3%of abdominal operations performed in the same period.of 46 reoperations
