摘要

测定了５６例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者血浆皮内素水平和红细胞膜微粘度。结果显示：ＮＩＤＤＭ患者血浆内皮素及红细胞膜微粘度明显较正常人增高，并且ＮＩＤＤＭ思考血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）与空腹血糖及红细胞膜微粘度呈明显正相关。与血浆胰岛素呈明显负相关。说明长期高血糖可导致ＮＩＤＤＭ患者红细胞膜微粘度增高，而引起微循环障碍，也可导致内皮细胞损伤，使ＥＴ释放增加，而内皮素引起的缩血管作用又加重微循环障碍，上述恶性循环可能与糖尿病微血管病变发生有关。

Abstract

The plasma levela of endothelin and erythrocyte membrane fluidity in 56 cases with NIDDM were measured. Rosults ahowed that plaama endothelin and erythrocyte membrane microviscosity in NIDD M wer. higher than that in the normal.And plasma endothelin waa positively correlated with fasting plaszna glucose and erythrocyte membrane microviscosity and negatively correlated with plaszna insulin.The data indicats that hyperglycemia znay result in iansufficietncy of microcirculation and damage of endothial cell in patients with NIDDM

affecting the later two factors each other may correlate with diabetic microangiopathy.
