摘要

应用ＭＣＣ法测定女性乳腺癌患者癌组织的雌激素受体（Ｅｓｔｒｏｇｅｎｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ，ＥＲ）含量，对肿瘤细胞质中的线粒体和粗而内质网进行了形态计量学观察。结果：ＥＲ（一）组线粒体体密度大于ＥＲ（＋）组，比表面小于ＥＲ（＋）组；粗而内质网而数密度小于ＥＲ（＋）组。两组之间线粒体面数密度、而密度和粗而内质网而密度无显著差异。

Abstract

strogen receptor(ER)content of female breast cancer tissue was measured by modifiedchrcoal一gelatin assay

Mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticuluim of tumor cells、vere eval-uated by morphonmetric methods

It was observed that the volume density of mitochondria in ER(-)group was higher than that in ER(+)group

whereas the specific surface was lower

Thenumerical density on area of rough endoplasmic reticulum in ER(-)group was lower than thatin EN(+)group

No significant differences were observed in either numerical density on area andsurface density of mitochondria or surface density of rough endoplasmic reticulum belween thetwo groups.
