摘要

测定ＮＩＤＤＭ患者５０例，正常对照组６０例的血清ＩＬ－２和ＴＮＦ－α值，结果ＮＩＤＤＭ患者血中ＩＬ－２和ＴＮＦ－α值分别为６．９３±３．４２ｎｇ／１和１．０２±０．６５ｎｇ／１．较正常对照组稍低，但两组差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示早期、无并发症的ＮＩＤＤＭ患者无显著免疫功能紊乱，ＩＬ－２，ＴＮＦ－α等细胞因子在糖尿病特别是ＮＩＤＤＭ的发生，发展中所起作用有待进一步探讨。

Abstract

Interleukin (IL-2) and Tumor necrosis factor - α(TNF -α) in 50 cases of NIDDM and 60 control persons weretested. The two indexes in the blood of NIDDM patients were 6.93±3.42 ng/l and 1.02±0.65 ng/l. Both of themwere relatively Lower than that in the control group. But the differences were not singnificant (P>0.05). Theseresults showed that there was no unmuno- disorder in the early NIDDM patient with no complicantion. The roleof cytokines such as IL- 2 and TNF- ain the development of diebetes

especially NIDDM

needs to be investigatefuther.
