Expressions of Bcl-2 and ER were investigated in 36 cases of endoinetrial adenocarcinomas usingimmunohistochemical technique. The positive expression rates of Bcl-2 and ER in the tumors were 66.7%(24/36)and 80.6%(29/36) respectively. The positive expression of BclZ was found in the cytoplasm. The ER positivereaction was mainly found in the nuclei. There was a signifeant possitive correlation between the expressons ofBcl-2 and ER in endometrial carcinomas.The results suggested that the expression of Bcl-2 in endometrialcarcinomas might be regulated by oestrogen. but not correlated with the tumor stage.
