摘要

创愈酊体外抗菌活性研究结果表明：创愈酊对金黄色葡萄球菌，粪链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌有较强的抗菌作用，ＭＩＣ５０分别为１２．５％，３．１２５％和１．６％；对大肠杆菌也有较您的抑菌作用，ＭＬＣ５０为１２．５ｎ／ｕ：对沙雷氏菌的ＭＩＣ５０为６．２５％，对破伤风杆菌的ＭＩＣ５０为６．２５％。实验结果表明创愈酊具有广谱抗茵作用。

Abstract

The in vitro antibacterial activities of Chang Yu Ding were studied Tth experimental results showed that Chuang Yu Ding was significant active against streptococcus hemolyticus

streptococcus faecalis and staph epidermidis

with MIC50 12.5%. 3.125%.and 1.6%

respectively

and sigmificant active against bacillus Coli with MIC50 12.5%

serratia with MIC50 6.25%

and clostridium tetani with MIC50 6.25% The experimental results indicated that chuang Yu Ding had broad - spectrum antibiotic activitiel
