摘要

通过对１１个高危病房［１］１９７７例住院病人的前瞻调查和有、无院内感染者直接医疗费用的同期对照研究。发现各病种院内感染者人均医疗费用均明显超过无院内感染者。其中血液内分级病例最突出，人均增支４８２０．８１元。增支较多的前四项是药品费、治疗费、材料费及住院费。医疗费用增支幅度不但与开支项目有关且随病种而异。本文同时还讨论了医疗费用增支的原因及降低医疗费用的措施。
