摘要

本文通过对１００名在ＷＩＳＣ－ＣＲ测量中表现为ＶＩＱ与ＰＩＱ显著不平衡的右利手儿童智力水平，智力因素及临床资料分析，并与１００名正常智力儿童相对照，提示大脑功能测化障碍是造成儿童学习困难的重要因素之一．脑功能侧化障碍与双侧大脑半球结构侧化异常有关。

Abstract

This article analyses the intellectual level

intellectual factors and clinical data of 100 children with right handedness which displayed obvious inbalance between VIQ and PIQ through WISC- CR measurement

and compared them with those of normal children. Results showed that in banlance of cerebral dominance was one of the important factors which influenced children’s learning ability. Disability of cerebral function lateralization was related to abnormality of bilateral hemispherise structure materialization.
