摘要

本文分析９６例儿童急性粟粒型肺结核的临床资料。儿童急性粟粒型肺结核临床特征如下：（１）在农村儿童急性粟粒型肺结核所占比例及病死率高：（２）有活动性肺结核接触史：（３）一些儿童临床表现不典型；（４）少数儿童胸部Ｘ线表现不典型；（４）病因、病理诊断率低；（５）并发症高。

Abstract

96 cases of acute miliary type pulmonary tuberculoxis in children were analysed. The clinical characteristics of acute miliary type pulmonary tuberculosis in children were summarized as follows:(1)The mortality and morbidity rates of children acute miliary type pulmonary tuberculosis in hospitalized patients were higher in cases from country than that in comming from town:(2)All cases were closely contacted with active pulmonary tuberculosis in history; (3) clinical manifestation were not tyopical in a littel cases; (4) chest x - ray manifestations were not in few cases; (5)The pathogen and histology diagnostic rate of this cases were lower: (6) The comlications were higher.
