摘要

本文通过放免法与ＬＯｗｒｙ法测量了兔眼角膜穿通伤后房水ＰＧＥ２与总蛋白含量。结果：兔眼角膜穿通伤后１、３、８、２４、４８、７２小时房水ＰＧＥ２含量与正常值比较有非常显著性升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），到７天也未能降至正常（Ｐ＜０．０５）；伤后１．３、８．２４．４８小时房水ＴＰ含量与正常值比较有非常显著性升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），但７２小时后已降至正常（Ｐ＜０．０５）。我们认为：兔眼角膜穿通伤后ＰＧＥ２．ＴＰ含量显著性升高，ＰＧＥ２是ＢＡＢ破坏的重要的炎症介质，ＴＰ是ＢＡＢ破坏的结果。它们能代表损伤性炎症的严重程度。

Abstract

The radiological appearance of 12 cases with villous adenoma of the large bowelby the double-contrastbarium enema were analysed and reported.The radiological features of the villousadenomas vere observed on thesurface of tumors

such as uneven reticular or granular patern

there were lobulated or carse and ill-definedmaregin of the tumor

The teatures which has high rate of malignant changes and high incidence of thesynchronous or metachronous colonic tumors in patients wth this lesions were demonstrated in ourseries

Ffinally the x-ray appearance of malignant changes of the villous adenomawere discussed.
