intravenous diprivan induced anesthesia and IDBA were uaed in 50 patients selective cholecystedtomy to observe these drug’s inducing effects
patients’ hemodynamic changes and postoperative recovery
and compare their anesthetic effect with these of intravenous sodium thiopental anesthesia and IPBA which were commonly used at home. Results showed that diprivan had the same advantage of rapid induction as sodium thiopental;diprivan could more effectively inhibit cardiovaacular reactions during thracheal intubation than thiopental;IDBA had a more ideal anesthitic effect than IPBA;and in IDBA group after operations
it takes shorter time for patients to recover their automatic respiration
open their eyes
remove their tubes and answer questions accurately. The conclusionidiprivan is a safe and effective inducer and anesthetic agent and IDBA is a new way of intravenous balanced anesthesia.
