摘要

对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者１４１例作肝功能临床分析。结果示：肝损害发生率为７０．２％；肝损害与甲亢病情的轻重、并发症的有无有明显关系，但与年龄、性别、病程无关；抗甲亢治疗开始后２月内，肝功能好转率９５．８％。提示Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者容易合并肝损害，特别是病情重或伴严重并发症的患者，但这种肝损害，预后较好。

Abstract

e analysed the hepatic Function of 141 patients with Graves’ disease. Results: In the 141 cases

there are 99 patients accompanied with hepatic dysfunction

and the incidence is 70.2% ; Its incidence is significantly related with degree of seriousness and existence of complication (P<0.05)

but has no statistical relation with patient’s age

sex and illness duration (P>0.05); 95.8% patients with hepatic dysfunction became normal within two months after antithyroid treatment. The results suggest that the patients with Graves’ disease are easily accompanied with hepatic dysfunction

particularly for those in serious condition and with complications

but this hepatic dysfunction has a favorable prognosis.
