Fifteen cases with urthral prolapses were treated in the past 30 years. One case received conservative treatment

4 cases had circular urethrectomy and 10 cases had surgical treatment with Campbcll’s method.All of them recovered satisfactorily.We consideer that the etilolgy and pathongenesis of this disease are congenital defect combined with increased intra-abdominal pressure.It is concluded that Campbell’s methodis a simple

safe and effecive procedure.
