摘要

本文将４０岁以上突发性聋５５例进行血液流变学检测，并与健康对组进行对比分析，其结果显示：除全血比粘度（低切）外．其余各项统计学处理有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．而血液流变学崐与治疗转归有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。笔者认为，血液粘滞度增高可能是导致中老年突发性聋的病因之一。

Abstract

This Paper reports the result of changes of blood rhloogy in 55 casesof sudden deaf patients over 40 years oldCompared with the normal

it showed the result except the whole blood Viscosity was significantly different(P<0.01).Comared with the effect

the changes of hemorhology were significantly different(P<0.05).So weconclude that the elevated blood viscosity is one of the causes of sudden deaf patients who is over 40 years old.
