摘要

本文对５０例（５４耳）分泌性中耳炎经保守治疗不愈，采用鼓膜切开置管术治疗，术后听力明显提高；一周听力提高１０～４５ｄＢ；拔管后一年左右为１５～３８ｄＢ。文中对该手术的适应症、操作方法、疗效、副作用及带管时间作了系统的临床观察与研究。

Abstract

Fifty of cases (54 ears) of SOM that did not recover from conservative treatment were treated by tympanotubulization in this study Hearing improved obviously after operation.One week later hearing was up to 10 - 45dB.After a year of detubulization hearing was around 15 - 38dB.
