and TH2 subsets. Overactivation of TH2 subsets results in increased II-4 Ievel and high IgE production. By upregulating the function of TH1 subsets and its IFN-r produetion. and inhibiting the funection of TH2 subsets IVlG can reduce the release of inflammatory mediators and bronchial hyperreactivity.
