摘要

本文对４０只用链脲菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠进行适当控制，对比观察氨基胍和胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠任意尿蛋白／肌酐（Ｐｒ／Ｃｒ）比值的影响。结果表明与胰岛素相比，氨基胍能明显降低任意尿Ｐｒ／Ｃｒ比值。提示氨基胍对糖尿病的访治有重要意义。同时本文还发现氨基胍能降低糖尿病大鼠感染率，提示氨基胍或晚期糖基化终末产物对糖尿病大鼠免疫功能有影响

Abstract

In 40 streptozotocin - induced diabetic rata

the effect of aminoguanidine on random urinary pro- tein/creatinine (Pr/Cr) ratio was compared with that of insulin. It was found that the Pr/Cr ratio was significantly lower in the diabetic rats treated with aminoguanidine and insulin as compared with those treated with insulin alone

suggesting that aminoguanidine can prevent the development of diabetic nephropathy.At the same time

the rate of infection i. aminoguanidine - treated group was also significantly lowered

suggesting that aminoguanidine or advanced glycosylation end - products can affect the immune function of diabetic rats.
