摘要

苦参碱（ｍａｔｒｉｎｅ）是提纯于中药苦参、山豆根等豆科槐属植物的一种生物碱活性成分。经现代研究证实其有多种药理作用，尤以其诱导人类白血病细胞分化引人关注。为探明其作用机制，根据其结构特点、理化性质，并结合研究需要，我们尝试用同位素催化置换法对苦参碱进行氚（３Ｈ）标记。标记结果：放射性总活度（ＲＴＡ）＞１．８５×１０Ｂｑ：放射性比活度（Ｓ）＝１０．０６×１０Ｂｑ／μｇ；放射性化学纯度（ＲＣＰ）＝９５．２％。并对标记产物的理化性能及生物学效应作以鉴定。证明用氚标记苦参碱的方法是成功的，能满足进一步研究的要求。

Abstract

a kind of alkaloids which purified from legume family

such as chinese herbs Sophora flavescencesAit

and Radix sophorae Tinkinensis

has multiple pharmaceutical effects.But the most one attractive toresearchers is that matrine could induce the human leukemia cell line differentiation.In order to elucidate themechanism by which the matrine acts

according to the structural and physi-chemical features of matrine

aswell as the research objection

the matrine was labeled by tritium(H) through the methods of isotope catalyzeexchange labeling.The results:RTA.Meanwhile the H matrinealso identified by PC

HPLC and bio-effect determination.It indicates that the matrine labeled by tritium wassuccessful

and the labeline product can the labeling product can meet the requirements for further study.
