摘要

对３１例有排尿困难的女性患者行尿动力学检查，结果显示，单纯膀胱收缩乏力１１例（占３５％）．尿道压力增高１４例（占４５％）。膀胱收缩乏力并尿道压力增高６例（占１３）。Ｐ－Ｑ图提出膀胱出口梗阻１４例（占４５％）。尿动力学检查对女性排尿困难患者的诊断和治疗具有十分重要的临床意义。

Abstract

urodynamic investigation was performed in 31 female patients with voiding difficulty.The result shows:Atony of bladder 11 cases (35 %). High pressure of urethra 14 cases(45 %). Atony of bladder accompaning high pressure of urethra 6 cases (19%). P - Q plot showed: bladder outlet obstruction 14 cases (58 %) Urodynamic investigation is an importent method for the diagnosis and therapy of voiding defficulty in female paticents.
