摘要

对７７例单纯室缺（ＶＳＤｎ＝３７）和房缺（ＡＳＤｎ＝４０）病人，采用彩色多普勒超声心动图结合超声声学造影法进行检查，旨在通过定量分析肺动脉收缩压（ＰＡＳＰ），观察其对心腔内右向左分流的影响，结果显示：ＶＳＤ，ＰＡＳＰ压力大于４８ｍｍＨｇ可导致右向左分流；ＡＳＤ，ＰＡＳＰ压力大于５２ｍｍＨｇ可导致右向左分流。

Abstract

We examined 77 patients with atrial septal defecet(ASD) or ventricular septal defectfVSDI by Dopplerechocardiography and contrast echocardiography and fond apparently positive relationship between pulmonaryartery systolic pressure and shunts from right to left(ASD rs=0.85 P<0.001

VSD rs=0.83 P<0.001). This resultindicated that it was effective method using Doppler echocardiography to predict the shunts from to left inpatients with ASD or VSD.
