摘要

本文通过健康志原者１３人于吸烟前后行垂体矢状位ＭＲ扫描，测量正中矢状位垂体后叶信号强度比及高信号面积，结果显示：吸烟前垂体后叶均呈短Ｔ＿１高信号，吸烟后９例（６９．３％）垂体后叶信号强度下降，前下部变为等信号：吸烟前后垂体后叶信号强度及高信号面积明显变化（Ｐ＜０００１）。

Abstract

The Sagittal MR inages of pltuitary gland were performed before and after smoking on thirteen volunteers

The Signal intensity ratio and area of high signal of posterior pituitary lobe in mid-sagittal MR images weremeasured. As a result

the highintense signal of posterior pituitary lobe was seen beforesmoking

After smoking

the signal intensity of posterior lobe was decreased in 9 cases(69.3%)

changed into iso-intensity signal atanteroinferior portion. The signal intensity and area of high signal of posterior pituitary lobe showed asignificant change(P< 0.001).
