摘要

目的：由于硬件及软件系统的局限性

在图像输入过程中存在诸多误差

给今后工作带来许多不准确性

甚至导致错误的结果。本文着重讨论了彩色显微图像输入过程中

光学系统所产生的误差极其消除方法。方法：分别采用图像相减

栅格插值及直方图均衡法消除了光学系统所产生的误差。结果：上述三种方法基本满足消除图像输入过程中所产生的误差的要求

达到了再现图像的目的。结论：此方法的建立为以后的数据处理、图像分析打下了良好的基础。

Abstract

Objective: Due to the limitation of the inaccuracy of hardware and software

there may be some errors in the course of image input

which brings about a lot of inaccuracy afterwards

and even false results. This article discusses errors included by optical system and its elimination method. Methods: We adopt methods of image subtraction

grid interpolation and histogram equalization in order to eliminate errors induced by the optical system. Results: The methods can practically eliminate the optical system induced error and achieve the purpose of image reappearing. Conclusion: The establishment of the methods could make a good foundation for data processing and image analysing.
