摘要

采用造血祖细胞体外培养与造血生长因子生物活性检测等实验血液学技术，研究三七总皂甙（ＴＳＰＮ），对小鼠粒单系造血祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）增殖凋控的影响及其机理。结果表明：在有粒单系集落刺激因子（ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）存在的条件下，ＴＳＰＮ能促进正常或贫血小鼠ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ的集落形成；经ＴＳＰＮ诱导制备的肌条件培养液，Ｌ细胞条件培养液和脾细胞条件培养液能显著提高ＣＦＵ一ＧＭ的集落产率。研究提示，ＴＳＰＮ可能通过诱导机体产生造血凋控因子或协同这些因子促进机体单系血发生。

Abstract

By using the culture of hematopoietic progenitor cell and hematopoietic growth factor(HGF) assay

the effectof total saponins of Panax notoginseng(TSPN) on the proliferation of CFU - GM and is mechanism were studied.The results indicated that TSPN auginentet the proliferation of CFU- GM in vitro or in vivo

that the spleen cellconditioned mediafCSM)

L-cell conditioned media(LcCM) and skeletal muscle conditioned media(SMCM)

prepared by treating the cells and tissue with TSPN

had relatively strong stimulation on the proliferation ofCFU-GM. Our research suggests that TSPN may enhance granulopoiesis and monocytopoiesis by actvatingdirectly and/or indirectly on fibroblast and lymphocyte in hematopoietic inductive microenvironment and othertissue to produce some hematopoietic growth factors microenvironment and other tissue to produce somehematopoietic growth factors (such as

GM- CSF). This may be one of the mehanism for the antianemic effect ofTSPN.
