目的:观察体外冲击波治疗慢性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:应用国产型冲击波治疗各种慢性软组织损伤ESWL-V共例

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of treatment in chronic soft tissue injuries with Extracorporeal Shock Wave. Methods: Using homemade Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy V type(ESWL-V) to treat 128 patients who had chronic soft tissue injuries

among them the frozen shoulder 40 cases

tennis elbow 32 cases

painful conditions of the heel 20 cases and chronic strain of lumbar muscles 36 cases. Dosage:1500 cycles once every other day

5 times in total. Results: All patients were followed up from 6 to 10 months. The effective rate of the treatment to the frozen shoulder

the painful conditions of the heel and chronic strain of lumbar muscle was 77.5%

81.2%

65% and 80.5% respectively. No side effect occurred. Conclusion: This method is safe

effective and without injury. It is a new way to treat the chronic soft tissue injuries.
