摘要

目的:探讨锶

β射线预防病理性瘢痕形成的最佳方案。方法:将病理性瘢痕病人随机分为两组

手术切除瘢痕后

采用锶90β射线短程与长程照射病人切口部位

并比较其临床效果。结果:～年

但短程照射可以缩短治疗周期

在临床上是一种对病员方便的预防瘢痕形成的方法。

Abstract

Objective: To seek a better scheme of Sr90βray irradiation to inhibit the recurrence of the pathological scar after excision. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups and submitted to preventive irradiation following excision in short and long courses respectively. Results: From 1999 to 2000

short course irradiation group A included 39 patients and long course irradiation group B 37 patients. All 76 patients were followed-up for a period of 3 to 18 months. The overall effective rates of two groups were 87.2% and 89.2% respectively. Conclusion: Although there was no significant difference in effective rate between two groups

the short course irradiation scheme is a method convenient to patient in inhibiting recurrence of scar formation because it may shorten the treatment period.
