摘要

目的：观察伍用多源频谱照射背部治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效，探索简便易行的新方法。方法：采用随机分组对照观察。对照组和观察组均采用常规综合治疗，观察组同时伍用多源频谱照射背部。结果：观察组显效率48.21%。有效率44.64%。总有效率92.85%；对照组显效率28.85%，有效率51.92%，总有效率80.77%；两组疗效有非常显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：使用多源频谱治疗小儿哮喘急性发作疗效肯定，无痛苦，易为患儿接受，适宜在基层医院推广。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of a new easy method

lighting acupoint with medical multifocal frequency spectrum instrument

in acute bronchial asthma in children. Methods: Using random allocation control test .Routine combined treatments were used in control and observation group

and lighting acupoint with medical multifocal frequency spectrum instrument in observation group. Results: In observation group effect rate was 48.21%; effective rate 44.64%; and the total effective was 92.45%. In control group effectual rate was 28.55%；effective rate 51.92%; and the total effective rate was 80.77%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: Treating acute bronchial asthma in children by using medical multifocal frequency spectrum instrument may be effective

painless

easy to accept and popularized in grass-root hospitals.
